Christmas piano letter notes for beginners
A few familiar notes can make a room feel festive. Begin with the Jingle Bells chorus or the gentle phrases of Silent Night.
A GOOD PLACE TO START
Two different ways to practice a carol
Jingle Bells is useful for repeated-note practice and clear phrase endings. Silent Night asks you to count a gentle three-beat pulse and hold longer notes. Both studies use familiar public-domain melodies in C major. They are educational excerpts, separate from modern holiday arrangements or commercial songbooks.
A little tip: Try a bright, even touch for Jingle Bells and a connected, quieter line for Silent Night.
